*** The 75th Ranger Regiment was and still maybe is in, Fort Lewis WA where I was stationed for awhile with the US Army, 9th Div Infantry in 1974. Half of the 9th Div was killed or injured in the Mekong Delta in Vietnam. The Rangers Regiment used to be over in the north fort area of Ft. Lewis, which was the real rural woods part of the area. Great base Ft. Lewis WA about an hour-plus south from Seattle WA. ***
