It’s time to start a fight. Geographically, where is P.T. Barnum Apartments located? My friends at the Connecticut Post write West Side. I say West End; but, but, but if we’re gonna place our beloved Captain’s Cove Seaport in Black Rock just a spit behind P.T. mustn’t we include P.T. in Black Rock?
