  2. *** Also, what’s the latest on Bpt’s Raw Gem, “Pleasure Beach?” The site of all the dreams and possibilities according to some of our city and state legislators who do very little to draw money from the state or federal government to achieve some type of study as to what to do with this bird land. The Wildlife Federation is probably the best candidate to unload this piece of property to for a decent price because Bpt will never be able to complete anything from start to finish with it. *** PIPE DREAM BEACH ***
