Lennie, maybe you an create a space for people to share experiences of the BPT Art Trail for others to see and read.
I think the city should do more artwork on the underpasses in the port, maybe put a protective coating on them as well. Maybe having those tax breaks to entice artisans in the port could contribute to offsetting the cost the city gives them. JS
