  1. Review the Agenda above-many items of financial substance dealing with grants. How much is requested? For what Bridgeport needs? What to do if we do not receive? Why is so little info provided and why are so few citizens speaking about this issue?
Within the month the Budget will flow from the City Council to the Mayor for signature. Where are the informed folks who wish to advise Council members and other citizen-taxpayers of alternative concepts, even at this late hour? And where are those same folks providing feedback to the City Charter process ongoing, but will also have recommendations to the City Council for review and approval to be voted for or ignored in November, as the case may be. Where are the registered voters, who happen to be citizen-taxpayers, and wish to become better informed? Where should PUBLIC HEARING NOTICES be posted beyond legal notice in the CT Post or irregularly on the City website for daily review 24, 36, 0r 48 hours in advance of these special sessions where the public can and do make comments for consideration? Time will tell.
