Hey, we had our latest OIB party at the Playhouse on the Green. It’s a sweet venue where the Bridgeport Theatre Company produced slammin’ shows. How about the BTC cutting a deal with the Downtown Cabaret? From John Burgeson, Connecticut Post.
The Playhouse on the Green, whose gaily lit marquee has come to symbolize the rebirth of the city’s night life, will likely close for good because its rent has increased significantly in recent weeks.
