Just in time for the World Cup, Downtown has added another tasty restaurant to its diverse cuisine textures.
Mayor Joe Ganim and other city officials cut the ribbon to the grand opening of Parchedos, the perfect place for a parched throat, at 155 State Street, near McLevy Green across from the regional headquarters of M&T Bank, and short walk to the amphitheater.
And, of course, any place with a bar is fine by us.

“Get ready for live music, Latin Fusion cuisine, Pizza, craft cocktails, and so much more! Every bite tells a story of flavor, quality, and good energy. At Parchados Sports Bar, food isn’t just served – it’s celebrated,” according the owners.
