    1. Ganim’s campaign song:

“Yes I know I’ve been untrue
and I have hurt you through and through
But please have a mercy on this heart of mine
Take me back and try me one more time…”

  1. Generic voters between republican and democratic 2018 show Democrats ahead especially with black and Hispanic voters. With 45 public problems getting worse by the day makes any Republican in Connecticut running for elective office almost impossible because they all refuse to standup to 45 on issues that 45 has put into place like the cutting off Connecticut’s taxpayers ability to write off their property and state taxes on their federal taxes. Even Joe Ganim’s looks better to Connecticut voters than 45.

    1. James Comey is on the interview circuit promoting a book. Last night he told George Stepanopoulos “Donald Trump is morally unfit” to hold office. Nooooooo, really?! As if we didn’t know that. As if we didn’t know Trump is a compulsive liar.

I believe Comey’s book and interviews are part of a deliberate effort to unhinge the occupant of the White House. He succeeded. Trump responded like the asshole he is, Tweeting Comey is a “slimeball” for exposing him as the charlatan he truly is. KellyAnne Conway, Sarah Huckaby Sanders, Ronna Romney McDaniel, Bob Paduchik
And the rest of the GOP apparatchiks are on the offensive (in the Biblical sense of the word) in a hastily organized effort to discredit Jmes Comey. Good luck with that, ladies and gentlemen.

Donald Trump has no appreciation of the United States Constitution. The Republican Party tacitly approves of his tactics, his compulsive lying, his name calling and bullying and general disregard for decency, morality and the rule of law. GOP incumbents are rightly terrified at the prospect of losing majorities in both chambers of Congress. Robert Mueller’s in investigation is picking up steam. It’s a matter if time before Michael Cohen flips to save his own ass. And there goes the worst presidency in the history of the republic.

  2. *** Since the 2016 presidential election, its hard for me to vote for a republican on a local, state or fed. level. Watching the D.C-GOP act like their deaf & dumb as well as blind to all the Trump/Admin.& White House staff in general B/S and the continued lies & tweets, topped off with the many that have decided to jump their political ship cause they don’t have the guts to act like a true blue american & stay & fight against this political disease thats going to set back all the good things that have made this country great & the work thats still needed, to pull americans closer together & lead by example in the eyes of the world. Too far left or too far right, with continued resistense to meet somewhere in the middle? Can any OIB blogger name a past president that has had the type of negative issues in the W/H or with the media in general & his own political party while in office in his first 4-yr. term? ***

  3. James Comey is in the running for being the most successful FBI official to take down a American President. W. Mark Felt, who was the No. 2 official at the F.B.I. when he helped bring down President Richard M. Nixon by resisting the Watergate cover-up and becoming Deep Throat, the most famous anonymous source in American history. Remember the main reason that 45 was elected President beside Hillary being a terrible candidate, was James Comey’s report about Hillary’s emails but 45 firing James Comey has cause the special counsel James Mueller investigation into examining Russian interference in the 2016 presidential campaign and the Russian government.

    1. “A person who sees moral equivalence in Charlottesville, who talks about and treats women like they’re pieces of meat, who lies constantly about matters big and small and insists the American people believe it — that person’s not fit to be president of the United States, on moral grounds,” James Comey told George Stepanopoulos.

      1. Benghazi, Benghazi, Benghazi, remember House Committee Chairman, Rep. Trey Gowdy and their investigation about Hillary? Well, the Benghazi probe is Congress’ longest investigation ever costing the taxpayers $4.5 million, with nothing. Hopefully the Mueller investigation will take as much time as Benghazi and let’s see what comes from that investigation.

  4. *** Mueller is taking it nice & slow and making sure that when (Huckabe) the fat communications lady sings, that all that extra pie-doe sticks in a court of law & whomever is guilty of white collar crimes will have to pay the piper or make a deal; D.C style! Then all the Trump supporters can either hide, make excuses & cry foul it was a set-up, no??? ***
