I don’t think it’s either. Unfortunately,it is pure political partisanship. With the CT Senate split 50/50 between DEms and Republican,the Republican are using the same strategy used by Mith McConnell and Senate Republicans in delaying the Obama Supreme Court nomination of Merrick Garland. DC-itis is infecting Hartford.
