  1. Alright! That’s my kind of party, Lennie. I think we’re going to see Local Eye’s eyes popping out this Sunday. Let’s see if Godiva2011 and I can kiss under the mistletoe and start the process of bringing peace and joy to OIB. Maybe that’ll cause anna and yahooy to do the same. Oh, wait! It ain’t happening, I’ll be out of town. Lennie, you can leave my Christmas present in my mailbox. Enjoy and remember, only in Bridgeport are you allowed to drink and drive with very little chance of getting caught.

  2. Lennie,
Sounds like lots of fun! Thanks! Wait a minute, did you have to be ‘bad’ or ‘good’ this year to qualify? Who is doing the judging? (And how do long essays on fiscal governance work for the judges?)

Assuming an invite is still open, just who on this busy site will be Santa Claws this year? I know I ask questions as do others, but I make an honest attempt (honestly) to keep my claws sheathed. Does the length of CLAWS mean anything?

Finally, where will we hitch our reindeer? (Yes, reindeer. Who do you think really believe in OATs?) Thanks to Joel’s note I am well-reminded about the hazard to one and all regarding drinking and driving. So if we pull out the sleigh (alternative sp. slay) and bridle the deer, where do we park? (By the way, is there a poop scoop ordinance for reindeer in Bridgeport? Ask a CC member, maybe? They pass a number of Ordinances every year but some get forgotten. Let’s be hopeful reindeer detritus is an uncovered subject.)

Will there be a grab bag for gifts? Is there a limit for sitting commission or board members? How about the dress code? Sequins at the Bijou for the holidays.

Hope to be there and sing along with the great talent you have assembled. You are one humorous and entertaining elf! Yes, you are! Surely you are! We don’t have to wait for time to tell.
