Downtown-based Antinozzi Associates, which has left its architectural imprint on a number of educational, municipal, corporate and financial institutions in the region, has announced a new leadership team as Paul Antinozzi assumes a lesser role after a lifetime of service.

News release from firm:

Paul Antinozzi, AIA is proud to announce that Antinozzi Associates, PC will now be led by firm principals Michael Ayles, FAIA, NCARB, Paul Lisi, AIA, BCEO, and Michael LoSasso, AIA, LEED|AP BD+C. Mr. Antinozzi will remain with the firm as Principal Emeritus while Ayles, Lisi, and LoSasso take on the day-to-day management of the firm. This leadership transition positions Antinozzi Associates, in the post-COVID era, to build upon the success of its 65-year history and implement a strong succession plan for the coming years.

Antinozzi Associates has continued to provide essential architectural and interior design services on projects in Connecticut and Rhode Island as part of regional expansion efforts, and the firm’s current strength in municipal and K-12 school design is recognized by new commissions in spite of the relaxed market.

The firm acknowledges the hard work of its staff who have consistently exceeded the bar and kept up to date with the most current professional standards, such as the new WELL AP credential which signifies advanced knowledge of health and well-being in the built environment. With strong leadership and dedicated staff, the Antinozzi Associates team will continue to provide unwavering support to its clients.
