State Senator Marilyn Moore, who represents Bridgeport, Trumbull and Monroe, will conduct listening tours on Governor Dan Malloy’s proposed $40 billion state budget that’s being examined by the state legislature. She will meet with constituents in all three communities.
Moore will deliver a brief overview of the state budget and then turn the floor over to her constituents for questions and observations.
The Bridgeport session will take place March 9, 6 to 8 p.m. at the Burroughs Community Center, 2470 Fairfield Avenue. The Trumbull event March 21, 6 to 8 p.m. in Town Council Chambers, 5866 Main Street. In Monroe March 28, 6 to 8 p.m. Town Council Chambers, 7 Fan Hill Road.
