UPDATE: Council approved contracts. The City Council Monday night will vote to approve the bargaining unit agreements with Police Union Local 1159 and National Association of Government Employees Local RI-200. The council will also vote on an ordinance to amend regulations on the operation of dirt bikes, all-terrain vehicles, snowmobiles, motor-driven cycles or mini-cycles.
