After summer break, the City Council resumes its twice-monthly regular meetings and a key item on Tuesday’s agenda is a vote to approve the Charter Revision Commission’s recommendations for a decision by voters on the November ballot.
The reforms include a beefed up Ethics Commission and updates to unclassified/appointed positions and those protected in the classified service.
