A fugitive from Miami described as a “violent sex offender,” was arrested Saturday after police said he ran a stop sign.
Officer Rafael Duran was on patrol when he said he saw the driver of a black Acura Integra ignore a stop sign at the intersection of Capitol and Wood avenues.
