City historian Charles Brilvitch will lead a walking tour of Black Rock, that cool waterfront hamlet, on Sunday May 31 from 4-5 p.m. Charles will share stories and insights into the neighborhood’s formation, farming roots, shipping and trading history. Knowing Charles he might even know where some of the bodies are buried.
