Mayor Joe Ganim joins homegrown developer Anthony Stewart for a tour of Honey Locust Square development under construction on Stratford Avenue in the East End. The project will include Gala Foods supermarket, M&T Bank branch, Optimus Healthcare, pharmacy, restaurant and hair salon.
Stewart says he expects to be fully open in September.
