THIS IS EXTREMLY POSITIVE…………………………YOU SEE OFFICERS ON THE STREETS WALKING ,IT JUST MAKE EVERYONE FEEL SAFE AND ACTUALLY PROUD THAT WE SEE OUR POLICE OUT AND NOT HIDDEN.
Agree with Coach T, totally!!
The Chief observes and listens to what is happening around him. Speed of vehicles too fast for Fairfield Avenue is commented upon by him even before he hears from citizens.
Friendly approach at a non-emergency meeting, with questions about how things are going, creates a base for trust and working together when things are more serious.
Remember the neighborhood meeting next Tuesday evening at the Black Rock Library Community Room at 6 PM. If you have an issue or a question, ask the Chief. Time will tell.
