As a current eligible, registered, and unaffiliated Bridgeport voter I am aware of currents in the several campaigns ongoing in the City. So I sympathize with Mr. Minutolo as an active Republican in Bridgeport. He leads a party of perhaps 5,000 registered and seems to have left the newcomer, David Herz, an attorney in the city, on his own to “meet and greet” the public and ask for their votes and make a statement supported by Bridgeport Republican resident activists that lets folks know not just that they oppose the incumbent, but why they will bring about better governance and results.
Political watchers know that this type of false news, failing to acknowledge the cowards who penned it, and paid for it, is merely a “corrupt” activity that would not be the effort of an “honest family man”.
If somone drops pollutants in the water system they are likely public terrorists and should be investigated and charged. But the BS goes beyond fun and perhaps legislators need to look at systemis corruption, as it appears in the City election process this year and create higher barriers to the sowing of distrust on the system that encourages voters to stay away from the voting process. Time will tell.
what a snore, must be a no news day. how about those absentee ballots stuffed from a garbage bag?
