Mayor Finch Encourages Residents to Support Small Businesses This Holiday Season
WHAT: Inspired by the American Express’ “Small Business Saturday” campaign Mayor Bill Finch is encouraging residents to support small businesses throughout the holiday season, including Saturday, November 27, which is the Saturday between “Black Friday” and “Cyber Monday.” To demonstrate his support, Mayor Finch will stand alongside several downtown small business owners and employees including Gabby Fludd, owner of the Gumdrop Swap, Dave Schneider of Jimmy’s and more inside the historic Arcade Mall located at 1001 Main Street.

Thanks to the past and present administrations, my beloved city is a ghost town. It is pathetic to offer the Mayor’s presence again at another dog and pony show. I, like all others will do my shopping in Stratford, Trumbull and Milford. Further proof BPT will never regain our past greatness.
