Superior Court Judge Thomas Welch has sided with City Council incumbents Aidee Nieves and Maria Valle who charged in a complaint their 137th District East Side Democratic primary opponents, Ismael Sanchez and Isaac Dickerson, violated state law by submitting fraudulent and forged signature petition sheets to qualify for a September primary.

Just came from there “OIB” it seemed quite dysfunctional. Not sure what’s in it or how it effect the sides. Who are what’s in it. But I am assuming it regulates how the sides operate in the Port Political Game. So I quite don’t understanding the split in the support. 🙂
