“I Knew He Was Lying” – Read The Arrest Warrant Charging Dennis Bradley With Ballot Fraud

Former State Senator Dennis Bradley on Friday was back in federal court for violating terms of his bail following his arrest by state police on multiple counts of absentee ballot fraud including opening the sealed ballot of an elderly woman whose home video captured his action against state law. Bradley had instructed her to cross out her vote for Judge of Probate Paul Ganim in favor of his brother Mark who lost the Democratic primary to Ganim.

The court allowed Bradley to remain free but required that the building housing his law office be put up as required security. Dennis Bradley is scheduled for sentencing in December following his conviction on election fraud charges stemming from his run for state senate in 2018. His state law license has also been suspended.

His federal conviction, however, did nothing to deter his political activities as he embedded himself into the failed race of his brother also under multiple investigations for election fraud including voting multiple times in two states in the same election cycle.

Alesia Dennis advised investigators that she was “shocked” and “intimidated” when Bradley knocked on her door in July. She called local police and then filed a complaint with the State Elections Enforcement Commission that referred her case for criminal investigation.

Ultimately, Dennis says, she cast her ballot for Ganim during the early vote which cancelled out her absentee.
