OIB reader Tom Lombard captured this police arrest Tuesday night of Craig Copley who has a history of threatening to take out public officials including Ronald Reagan, FBI agents and federal judges. Copley allegedly threatened to add Mayor Bill Finch and City Council members to his list just before a public hearing by the Charter Revision Commission in City Hall.
