UPDATE, includes link to draft document
: As promised, the Charter Revision Commission empaneled by Mayor Bill Finch has recommended a mayoral appointed Board of Education among suggestions in its draft document. The commission also recommends a process for removing elected and appointed city officials for acts of misconduct. Just another way to reward the party faithful …
Just another way to keep Newton and Ganim out of office. If the Council votes this in, next stop Superior Court.
Based on what I have read here I will be voting NO in November.
*** Just say “NO!” ***
It reads like the Finch Manifesto. I’ll be voting a FAT NO also. Finch has a tough time micromanaging the other boards and commissions, how the FUCK can he control the BOE?
It’s about the MONEY folks! Only the Money!
