With over 70 years of combined experience, The Carbone family is opening a brand new company called THE Plastic FACTORY located at the same familiar, easy access location on 678 Howard Avenue in Bridgeport.
THE Plastic FACTORY will have the great retail store that you remember and will able to provide all the plastic you may need including cut-to-size acrylic and Lexan™, cements, cleaners, plastics for sign and display uses, pvc foam and much, much more. The store will also feature the amazing, energy saving interior storm window “Defender.”

Since last month I have noticed some activity at 678 Howard Avenue. Paging Auto Zone. The corner looks clean again. This is the kind of news that gives hope to all those dreaming of opening their own business or finding a job. Note to Local Eyes:

My congratulations to “what’s his name,” the so-called economic development guru for Bridgeport who will surely take credit for enticing Carbone to re-open his doors.
