I-95 Bridge Maintenance in Bridgeport (between Exits 27 and 28)
The State Department of Transportation is announcing that bridge maintenance will be performed on the I-95 Northbound Bridge over Bridgeport Harbor in Bridgeport between Exit 27 and Exit 28. This project is scheduled to occur Wednesday, December 7, 2011 to the morning of Monday, December 12, 2011.
Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone. The regular work schedule for this project is 9:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. (Sunday–Thursday evenings).
Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving through the work area.
