A revaluation notice of assessment has been issued and mailed to all homeowners in Bridgeport. If you haven’t received this notice, please be on the lookout for this notice in the mail over the next few days. We also want to make it clear that this revaluation results in an adjusted mill rate for our City but does not mean that taxes will be lower.
Informal hearings will be conducted by appointment only by calling (203) 292-5500, Monday through Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. or by scheduling an appointment online at munival.com/appointments, no later than December 16, 2025.
