In response to the attack at a rabbi’s home in Rockland County NY, Mayor Joe Ganim and Police Chief AJ Perez announced the assignment of Bridgeport police officers for patrols and check-ins with leaders at Bridgeport churches, mosques, synagogues, and other religious congregations throughout the entire city.
