In light of the latest Donald Trump fabrication revealed (everyone has a hobby, right?). After five years as the chief promoter of the false idea that President Barack Obama wasn’t born in the United States, Donald Trump admitted on Friday that the president was–and claimed credit for putting the issue to rest, we present an OIB rewind, in case you missed it.
In the spring of 1995, shortly after city voters overwhelmingly supported proposition of a casino complex in a non-binding referendum to influence state legislators opposed to gaming expansion, Mayor Joe Ganim was lamenting Donald Trump’s flip-flop promising financial support of the referendum for a gaming bill that was eventually rejected by the State Senate. Pondering Trump’s double-cross one day, Ganim asserted to me “I’m pissed Trump lied to me.”
“He lied to me too,” I responded to Ganim.
“He can lie to you all he wants,” Joe returned. “He’s paying you.”
It had not occurred to me that it was okay to lie simply because someone was paying you, but entrepreneurs, politicians, people of all shapes, sizes and colors can rationalize anything if it suits their level of capitalistic narcissism.
At the time I was a consultant to Trump who had hired me to serve as his eyes and ears and media spokesperson in Connecticut during the hotly debated expansion of casino gaming in Connecticut’s largest city. When Trump hired me in December of 1994–I worked for him for about four years–he was clear about what he wanted: if expanded gaming passes I want it, if I can’t have it I want to kill it.
The state’s gaming compact with two tribal nations–25 percent of the slot take in exchange for a gaming monopoly–was impenetrable without finding a way to make them financially whole or making them a partner. Trump had purchased the abandoned 5-acre Jenkins Valve location (now the site of the ballpark at Harbor Yard) as a prospective site for a gaming facility. Trump had to be in play because he feared gaming expansion to a Fairfield County community such as Bridgeport would cannibalize his Atlantic City gaming interests.
Las Vegas gaming entrepreneur Steve Wynn and the Mashantucket Pequots, operators of Foxwoods, had a leg up on Trump, spending millions lobbying the state legislature for gaming expansion. Lower Fairfield County legislators opposed expanded gaming citing traffic issues, gambling addiction and attraction of criminal element.
For supporters of gaming it meant jobs, entertainment and tax dollars to an economically struggling city. Trump had floated an economic patriot missile of his own to intercept gaming expansion–a massive non-gaming waterfront development in Bridgeport. It gained no traction.
The non-binding referendum was a means to persuade reluctant legislators the tired factory town wanted it.
Wynn promised to invest a small fortune to help passage of the referendum. Ganim, businesses community and other interests had urged Trump to support it financially.
Trump can be dismissive of an opinion, but he’s not dismissive about asking for one.
He asked me what I thought about his financial participation. I told him the referendum was going to pass overwhelmingly with or without his financial infusion. If he wanted to build goodwill in case gaming expansion passed or desired to do a non-gaming development in the city, it was better to participate as a measure of insurance. $25K to Trump is a blow of the nose. But it was a tricky balancing act for Trump, how to keep himself in play for gaming even though he wanted to kill it for fear it would be awarded to a competitor. So Trump agreed to pony up $25,000 to the effort which was seen as respectable participation by local interests.
Trump had unleashed his representatives and local lawyers to inform he would play.
As the March referendum approached, no check. I checked on the check. “It’s coming.”
Days before the referendum, no check. One day at a rally to mobilize voter turnout for the referendum, attorney John Stafstrom whose law firm Pullman & Comley represented Steve Wynn, mischievously reached into my jacket pocket. “I’m checking for a check from Trump.”
Ganim asked me, “Where’s your guy’s check?”
So did many others.
So I checked with my client again who had promised the check.
“I’m getting pressure from Atlantic City not to be involved,” he said.
“So we’re not going to play?”
“Fuck the damn check. And by the way I don’t want you doing a damn thing to help that referendum.”
“Whether I help or not, it’s going to pass overwhelmingly.”
“Good, so don’t do anything. You’re going to have a bad couple of days up there so suck it up.”
So on the day of the referendum basically I had my nose pressed up against the window delivering the news, after promising a check, that it would not arrive. I had hoped Trump would cough it up to cover some referendum clean-up costs. Nope.
Although the referendum passed with more than 80 percent support, the odds of legislative passage were still long, according to Trump lobbyists and lawyers in Hartford. The morning after I spoke to Trump by phone.
“Is everyone mad at me?”
“They feel lied to.”
“They’ll get over it. Come up with something to give me cover.”
“Okay, let’s issue a statement that you’re sensitive to the growing perception of casino entities trying to buy elections. Let the people decide without special interests sticking their noses in it.”
“I think I’ve been paying you too much money but I like the sound of that. Let’s go with it.”
And we did. Did anyone buy it? Of course not.
But a guy like Trump believes he can negotiate his way out of anything. Just pivot to something else unapologetically.
Representing Trump, be it for a gaming issue or for a political campaign, is like riding a bronco, every day’s a ticket to the rodeo. He’s not a lunatic inside the four walls of discussion. He gets in trouble when the lights are on him and the cameras roll and he morphs into a sort of alien life form, freelancing things uncontrollably beyond message. That’s when his campaign consultants reach for the whiskey bottle and revolver.
“You’re gonna stay on message, right?”
“Sure.”
Eeeeeeeee! After all, he’s paying them, right?
Right now the electoral map does not add up for Trump against Hillary Clinton whose level of trustworthiness is marginally better than Trump’s. A majority of voters in the latest polls believe she has a stronger temperament for the job. Most female voters are gagging at the thought of him being president. But he still hasn’t completely imploded in the minds of some voters. Just imagine if Trump could yogi himself to act like an adult for one week. My god the polls just might shift. Anyone betting this is gonna happen?
(Footnote: The Trump-owned Jenkins Valve property became the site of the ballpark in 1998. Trump refused to pay taxes on the property and he deeded the property over to the city in exchange for tax forgiveness. A ballpark was built.)

I know how you feel. Joe Ganim has lied to us. He has all sorts of things reported from last year that prove untrue this year, and now that he is in power, he can be quiet. Perhaps someone can pull out a mirror and see if he is breathing. It is cold behavior in contrast to the heat of a campaign. One could almost call it reptilian. Think about it. You see him, but he does not move. His eyes don’t blink. He’s not cool, calm and collected, listening and ready to respond. A personal car? A business handling rental property that is perhaps owned by someone else? An actual residence?
Citizens complain about taxes. Joe blames the revaluation, but does not assign the underlying blame to the DTC connection that has selected and recruited most of the successful candidates now in office. The revaluation took thousands of dollars from property owners in the City and then Joe ignored cutting budgets by any significant amount and the taxes increased because the budget increased faster than a decreasing Grand List. Basic municipal economics. Joe with no known skin in the game. Joe with no announced neighborhood for his personal residence. Joe with thin skin for questions that upset him. For people who ask too many questions. Take a lap, Joe. Four years is a long time to stall from grappling with basic issues. How long can you hold your breath, stand without blinking, and pose like a gecko? Time will tell.
Donald Trump is a liar, no one can be surprised because when his lips are moving he’s lying. Here’s how the Clintons arranged the transfer of 20 percent of US uranium assets to Russia.
1) New York Times–Canadian uranium billionaire Frank Giustra and Bill Clinton flew to Kazakhstan together. Giustra then landed a huge uranium mining deal. Giustra donated $31 million and pledged another $100 million to the Clinton Foundation. In 2010 a Russian company wanted to buy Uranium One, which had taken over Giustra’s company. The new Chairman of Uranium One, Ian Telfer, secretly donated $2.35 million to the Clinton Foundation, which failed to report this money. In June 2010, Bill Clinton was paid $5,000,000 to deliver a speech in Moscow. In October of 2010, the US State Department under Hillary Clinton approved the sale of Uranium One to the Russian company. The $135 million in donations the Clinton Foundation received from investors in Uranium were never disclosed, violating Hillary’s signed deal with the Obama administration. Uranium is the essential element needed to make nuclear weapons. Thanks to Hillary, Russia now controls 20 percent of US uranium.
2) Huffington Post–Clintons were paid at least $3.5 million for 18 speeches funded by banks invested in the Keystone XL pipeline. Hillary Clinton’s State Department then approved the building of the Keystone Pipeline (which President Obama then overruled and nixed).
3) International Business Times–20 countries that donated substantial money to the Clinton Foundation were approved by the State Department to receive $1.65 billion in weapons from the United States.
4) Washington Post–In violation of an ethics agreement Hillary had signed with the Obama Administration, the Clintons failed to disclose the names of 1,100 donors to the Clinton Foundation from foreign countries.
5) VOX–At least 181 major donors to the Clinton Foundation had business before Hillary’s State Department and lobbied Hillary’s State Department.
6) BUZZFEED–At least two of Hillary Clinton’s top donors were major felons who are now serving long prison terms for fraud.
7) Clinton Cash Book–The corrupt international soccer governing federation FIFA donated $100,000 to the Clinton Foundation.

11) New York Times–Long-time political hatchet man for the Clintons, Sidney Blumenthal, received a salary of $10,000 per month from the Clinton Foundation to perform tasks for Hillary and to help lay the groundwork for Hillary’s 2016 Presidential run. This is a good example of how the Clintons are using the Clinton Foundation illegally to finance Hillary’s run for President. The tax-exempt purpose of the Clinton Foundation is supposed to be used for charity, not to fund Hillary’s political operations.
12) Washington Post–Entities who are top Clinton Foundation donors also paid Bill and Hillary at least $26 million in speaking fees, suggesting the Clinton Foundation acts more as a personal slush fund for the Clintons than a charitable endeavor.
13) Washington Times–The Clinton Foundation spent just 10 percent of the $1.8 billion it raised on charitable endeavors. Most of the money was spent on lavish travel, staff and overhead and to pay friends of the Clintons. The Clinton Foundation has acted as a corrupt shadow campaign operation for Hillary’s 2016 run for President.

14) Chris Wallace, Fox News–After the devastating earthquake in Haiti in 2010, Bill Clinton was appointed co-chair of the Haitian Relief Committee, which approved millions of dollars in new projects for the relief effort. In 2010 and 2011, Digicel, a mobile phone company, received more than $2 million to set up a money transfer program in Haiti. The company’s owner Irish billionaire Dennis O’Brien, arranged four speeches for Clinton for $825,000 and contributed between $1 million and $5 million to the Clinton Foundation. That was the vague disclosure in the Clinton Foundation tax returns, which would not reveal the exact number.
15 Chris Wallace, Fox News–For the first time in 50 years, a gold mining permit was granted giving VCS Mining, which was a startup company, permission to mine gold in Haiti. On the board of this mining company is Tony Rodham, the brother of Hillary Rodham Clinton. Tony Rodham has no background in mining.

16) Between 2001 and 2012, Bill Clinton made 13 speeches for which he was paid $500,000 or more per speech. Eleven of those 13 speeches were at least eight years after he left the presidency and while Hillary was Secretary of State. In other words, Bill Clinton’s speaking fees went up exponentially when Hillary became Secretary of State, when foreign companies had business involving the State Department. This appears to be a blatant system of bribery.
17) After revelations that tens of millions of dollars in foreign donations poured into the Clinton Foundation became public, the foundation announced it would refile five years of tax returns. In one three-year period, it omitted tens of millions of dollars in foreign contributions, reporting “zero” to the IRS. In another two-year period, it admitted to over-reporting government grants by more than $100 million dollars.
18) The estimated net worth of the Clintons is now $150 million–all gained in the 15 years since Bill Clinton left office. Did Bill and Hillary make this money by inventing something, or building something, or manufacturing something of value? NO! They made their money by trading on their connections in government. Mostly they were bribed in the form of lavish speaking and consulting fees by corporations that had business before the government. Is a single speech by Bill Clinton really worth $500,000? Is the content of his speech really this valuable or for that fact accessible?

Earlier this week, Pres. Obama demanded that Congress increase the current refugee flow from 85,000 to 110,000 in FY2017. That is a 57% increase over FY2015 levels.

1) Clintons use IRS as weapon against critics:
Barack Obama and his Administration were not the first to use the IRS against political critics. The Clintons perfected this to a science in the 1990s. Under the Clinton Administration, many prominent conservative organizations were audited by the IRS; including the Heritage Foundation, the National Rifle Association, Concerned Women for America, citizens Against Government Waste, National Review, American Spectator, the National Center for Public Policy Research, the American Policy Center, American Cause, Citizens for Honest Government, Progress and Freedom Foundation, David Horowitz’s Center for the Study of Popular Culture, the Western Journalism Center and more.
Individuals singled out for audits during the Clinton Administration included the women Bill Clinton had affairs with; Gennifer Flowers and Liz Ward Gracen as well as his sexual assault accusers Paula Jones, Juanita Broaddrick and Kathleen Willey. Also along with fired White House Travel Office Director Billy Dale and attorney Kent Masterson Brown. Fox News’ Bill O’Reilly was audited three times under the Clinton presidency.
Note: the Washington Times and The Wall Street Journal were unable to find a single liberal organization that had been audited by the IRS.
2) FBI “Filegate”: Using the FBI to Conduct Opposition Research Against Critics of the Clintons:
In the 1990s, Hillary Clinton spearheaded the illegal collection of FBI background files on political opponents of the Clintons.
President Richard Nixon’s Special Counsel Chuck Colson went to prison for improperly accessing just one FBI background file (that of Daniel Ellsberg) and leaking some of its contents to the New York Times. In the case of the Clintons, more than 900 FBI background files were illegally ordered up from the FBI by a former bar bouncer named Craig Livingstone, who had been hired by Hillary for this job.
When the scandal was exposed, Hillary dismissed it as just a “bureaucratic snafu.”
Political commentators have theorized that one reason Republican leaders are so reluctant to take on Obama and the Clinton political machine in any serious way is because of all the dirt Obama and the Clintons have on Republican leaders (including likely sexual and financial misconduct) that can be released by the Obama-Clinton machine at any time–information gained from access to FBI background files as well as tax returns at the IRS.
3) Emailgate: Putting US National Security at Risk:
As Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton was using a private email account for almost all of her official State Department email communications and storing this email correspondence on a private server in her home in Chappaqua, New York, in violation of Obama Administration regulations.
If some of this email correspondence was classified government information (as proved), this would amount to theft of classified information and would be a felony. More seriously, foreign adversaries of the US such as Russia, China, North Korea, Iran and radical Islamist hack US government computers all the time. It would appear certain enemies of the US had full access to Hillary’s private server, which had sub-standard security.
Hillary has so far delivered 55,000 of her emails to the State Department for inspection. But she says that she deleted 30,000 emails and wiped her server clean, apparently in an effort to conceal the contents of these emails. This amounts to willful destruction of government property, which is a felony. It also amounts to willful refusal to comply with a Congressional subpoena, which is yet another potential felony.
4) Chinagate:
The Clinton Administration granted waivers to Loral Space and other American high-tech companies to sell missile guidance system technology to China in exchange for at least $5 million in donations to the 1996 Clinton-Gore reelection effort. This technology allowed China’s nuclear missile program to leap 10 years forward almost instantly.
Julius and Ethel Rosenberg received the death penalty for selling America’s atomic bomb secrets to the Soviet Union. But the Clintons got away with Chinagate scot free!
5) Pay to Play
The Clintons sold seats to fat-cat Democrat donors on trade missions to foreign countries, including China, organized by the Department of Commerce in exchange for $50,000 donations to the 1996 Clinton-Gore reelection effort.
It’s a serious violation of law to use federal government assets to raise money for political campaigns. Also using government assets to, in effect, solicit bribes from corporations is a felony. For government officials to solicit bribes, period, is a felony.
Spearheading the effort was a man named John Huang, a top fundraiser at the Democratic National Committee who also served as Deputy Secretary of Commerce. Huang pleaded guilty to felony campaign finance law violations. But again, nothing happened to the Clintons.
6) Keeping a Lid on Bill’s “Bimbo Eruptions”:
Hillary dismissed revelations of Bill’s many infidelities as part of a “vast right-wing conspiracy” to smear Bill Clinton’s character.
So the Clintons hired private detectives to dig up dirt against Bill’s female accusers. Clinton advisor James Carville once famously said of Paula Jones and Bill’s other female accusers: “If you drag a $100 bill through a trailer park, you’ll never know what you’ll find.”
Virtually all of Bill’s female targets were audited by the IRS, including Gennifer Flowers, Liz Ward Gracen, Paula Jones, Juanita Broaddrick and Kathleen Willey.
The Clintons’ vilifying, stalking and targeting these women with IRS audits and smears against their character was all part of a carefully planned strategy to terrify these women into silence. Clinton political operative Betsy Wright worried in 1992 about what she called Bill’s constant “bimbo eruptions” derailing his 1992 Presidential campaign.
Betsy Wright and Hillary were consumed with silencing these “bimbo eruptions” at all costs. When Bill was governor, Hillary sent out a group of investigators known as the “Truth Squad” to discourage many of her husband’s lovers from going public.
The real “war on women” has been conducted by the Bill and Hillary political machine.
7) Using the Lincoln Bedroom at the White House as a Fundraising Perk for Mega-Donors:
Bill and Hillary Clinton had more than 800 donors to their political campaigns stay in the Lincoln Bedroom at the White House. These guests contributed $5.4 million to Bill Clinton’s 1996 reelection effort.
It’s illegal to use the White House and government resources for political fundraising or for any political campaign propose. The White House belongs to the American people. It is not the property of Bill and Hillary Clinton.
8) White House Travel Officegate:
Hillary Clinton learned millions of dollars in travel agency commissions could be had by anyone who had the enormous White House travel business. So Hillary fired the White House Travel Office’s seven employees and gave the position to political cronies from Arkansas. The Clintons also wanted the travel business to go through a Clinton friend, Harry Thomason, but that stopped once the scandal came to light.
The fired head of the White House Travel Office, Billy Dale, was then indicted on trumped-up charges of embezzlement. A jury acquitted Dale after less than two hours of deliberations. Dale was then audited by the IRS, as happens with almost everyone who has the misfortune of getting in the way of the Clintons. Dale had served in the White House Travel Office for three decades and was about to retire.
9) Cattlegate:
Hillary Clinton turned a $1,000 investment in “cattle futures” into a $99,537 profit in nine months because of a high-placed connection at Tyson Foods. In other words, likely insider trading. People go to prison for insider trading.
Tyson Foods was a major donor to the Clintons and the largest employer in Arkansas. Tyson Foods went on to benefit from several state regulatory rulings, including favorable environmental rulings in Arkansas. Tyson Foods was also not held accountable for polluting the drinking water of over 300,000 Arkansas residents from animal waste. Tyson Foods also received a $9 million loan from the state.
So Hillary’s Cattlegate scandal likely involved both insider trading and bribery, both potential felonies.
10) Whitewater: Prison for Clinton Friends, But Not for the Clintons:
Clinton business partners James and Susan McDougal, Governor Jim Guy Tucker and judges David Hale and Eugene Fitzhugh went to prison for the failed fraudulent land deal known as the Whitewater scam, but the Clintons managed to escape.
This fraud caused the collapse of Madison Guaranty Savings and Loan, costing taxpayers $73 million.
Susan McDougal served 22 months in jail for contempt for refusing to answer “three questions” for a grand jury about whether Bill Clinton lied in his testimony during her Whitewater trial.
Madison S&L owner James McDougal ended up dying in prison mysteriously while in solitary confinement after prison officials failed to get him the heart medication he needed. McDougal’s death occurred shortly before his scheduled testimony against the Clintons. In all, 15 close associates of the Clintons were convicted of committing 40 crimes in the Whitewater fraud.
But the Clintons somehow managed to escape prison.
11) Hillary’s “Missing” Rose Law Firm Billing Records:
In 1994, federal investigators subpoenaed Hillary’s billing records from her days as a partner at the Rose Law Firm during the Whitewater scandal.
The Clintons claimed the 115 pages of billing records had been lost. The records were discovered in 1996 sitting in plain view on a table in the White House by a White House staffer.
The billing records contradicted Hillary’s account of her involvement with the failed Madison Savings and Loan (owned by James McDougal and central to the Whitewater Fraud). Her billing records showed her legal work for the savings and loan was extensive and detailed, not minimal as she had claimed.
12) The Mysterious “Suicide” of Deputy White House Counsel Vince Foster:
Deputy White House Counsel Vince Foster turned up dead in Fort Marcy Park in 1993 with a gunshot wound to his head, ruled a suicide by Park Police. Foster had also been a personal legal counsel to the Clintons, was a long-time close personal friend of the Clintons and had extensive knowledge of the Whitewater scandal.
Within hours of Foster’s death, investigators were kept waiting outside Foster’s office while White House staffers (including Hillary’s Chief of Staff Maggie Williams and former bar bouncer Craig Livingstone) removed armloads of files on the Whitewater scandal from Foster’s office.
The files were kept by the Clintons for five days before they were turned over to the Clintons’ personal lawyers.
13) Pardongate:
On the way out of office, Bill Clinton pardoned a number of shady figures who happened also to be large contributors to the Clintons. Among them were pardons for Marc Rich, who was indicted on 50 counts of racketeering. He had fled to Switzerland rather than face trial and was on the FBI’s “Most Wanted List” when Clinton pardoned him. Marc Rich’s wife made a significant contributions to Hillary’s 2000 Senate campaign and the Clinton Presidential Library.
Other bizarre pardons were for drug kingpin Carlos Vignali and convicted fraudster Glenn Braswell.
Hillary Clinton’s brothers Tony and Hugh Rodham reportedly received hundreds of thousands of dollars in payments from Vignali and Braswell. Reports quote Rodham as telling a top White House aide it would be “very important to Hillary” for Vignali to receive a pardon.
14) Hillary Defends Child Rapist, Laughs About It:
In 1975, Hillary Clinton as a young lawyer provided legal defense to a child rapist. As part of her defense of the rapist, she accused the 12-year-old female victim of exaggerating and encouraging the attack. Because of a legal technicality, she was able to help the child rapist escape a long prison term.
Clinton’s defense strategy included aggressive claims against the 12-year-old that she “sought out older men” and was “emotionally unstable.”
An audio tape has since emerged capturing Hillary laughing about her success in the case and suggesting she thought the man indeed had raped the 12-year-old girl. On the tape, she was certainly expressing pride in her legal skills.
“It was a fascinating case, it was a very interesting case,” Hillary said on the tape. “This guy was accused of raping a 12-year-old. Of course he claimed that he didn’t. All this stuff … I had him take a polygraph, which he passed, which forever destroyed my faith in polygraphs.”
She then burst out laughing!

15) Benghazi: Four Americans Killed Due to Hillary’s Negligence:
On September 11, 2012, Islamic terrorists launched an attack against the US Consulate in Benghazi, Libya, killing US Ambassador Christopher Stevens and three other Americans. Security at the US Consulate was substandard, given that this is one of the most dangerous parts of the world.
Security for US Embassies and diplomatic personnel was the responsibility of the US State Department under Hillary Clinton. Repeated requests for more security at the consulate were denied by the State Department under Hillary.
Public records reveal Hillary knew there was a well-planned terrorist attack planned for that day. But on September 14, 2012 (two full days after the attack), Hillary lied to America and to the parents of the slain Americans claiming the attack was the result of “rage and violence over an awful Internet video,” referring to an anti-Islam video on YouTube that almost no one had seen.
The reason the Obama Administration wanted to blame the attack on this obscure video was to advance the narrative of Obama’s 2012 re-election campaign that President Obama had won the war on terror. Hillary actively participated in this lie.
Within days of the attack, the hapless maker of the video was locked up in jail for more than a year on trumped-up charges that he had violated his parole conditions by making a video. His parole stemmed from a conviction for writing bad checks.
Congressman Trey Gowdy, who chairs the House committee investigating the Benghazi attack, says the State Department continues to stonewall investigators and has yet to comply with his committee’s subpoenas to turn over records and documents.
When pressed on the lies Hillary told America about the origin of the Benghazi attack that resulted in the death of US Ambassador Stevens and three other Americans, including a Navy SEAL, Hillary famously answered: “At this point, what difference does it make?”
16) Hillary Clinton and Her Radical Mentor Saul Alinsky:
Hillary Clinton is such a fan of Saul Alinsky, she wrote her 92-page senior honors thesis on the radical “community organizer.” Hillary met with Alinsky several times when she was writing her thesis. After Alinsky’s death in 1972, Hillary maintained a long relationship extending into the 1990s with Alinsky’s main community organizing group called the Industrial Areas Foundation, or IAF.
Alinsky authored a famous book Rules for Radicals that became the handbook for the radical Left on how to take over America’s governing and educational institutions.
Alinsky dedicated his book to Lucifer with this creepy inscription:
“Lest we forget at least an over-the-shoulder acknowledgement to the very first radical: from all our legends, mythology and history (and who is to know where mythology leaves off and history begins–or which is which), the first radical known to man who rebelled against the establishment and did it so effectively that he at least won his own kingdom–Lucifer.”
Hillary has been especially skilled at following this Alinsky rule for radicals: “True revolutionaries do not flaunt their radicalism,” Alinsky wrote. “This trick is to penetrate existing institutions such as churches, unions and political parties,” which is exactly what Hillary has done so well.

Lawsuits Charges Donald Trump with Raping a 13-Year-Old Girl. An anonymous “Jane Doe” filed a federal lawsuit against GOP presumptive nominee Donald Trump last week, accusing him of raping her in 1994 when she was thirteen years old. The mainstream media ignored the filing.
Evidently no one can find the woman who filed the civil suit in NY, the same woman, same suit filed and thrown out of court in CA.

QD, the site is about Bridgeport and the oft-times unique approach to governance we are exposed to while living in Connecticut (or Corrupticut, your choice). I have wondered where your local comments had gone. Perhaps you were sick or had moved away, or become silent. But no, you were immersed in your own field of research, I guess, and in one cleansing have shared all that with us.
There is so much “deep digging” being performed on each major candidate, it boggles any attempt to reach for fact-checking, truth or consistency.
Perhaps I need to return to a state of simplicity where I attempt to add up the POSITIVE things I sense about why I would vote for them based on what they have revealed and ignore the NEGATIVE. Please do not share any more info with me in mind unless it is an understood positive for a given candidate (and not a comparative with the other). Ultimately we enter the polling booth with a decision made or to make, and we do it standing on our two feet alone. Hopefully as we are trusted as voters to darken a space on a form to be fed into a voting machine, we can trust our candidate as well as whoever becomes the winner with the nuclear button and all the other levers and handles available to the Chief Executive of our powerful nation. Time will tell.
