  1. No local names available for me to contact, but as an active proponent of regular exercise of citizen rights and responsibility including at the polls in an informed manner I suggest those with an interest locally to participate in CASUAL CIVICS CONVERSATIONS that are highlighted by our website, yourbridgeportvote.com.
Do you remember CIVICS? It is the study of citizen rights and responsibilities. Our conversations focus on the opportunity to learn about municipal governance that is often ignored, rather than politics, which many folks avoid, though that provides outsized power to the candidates and questions approved in elections. Think about it. Where are the heroes and patriots of governance today? See you at 9:00 AM at Wood’s End Deli for one hour questioning, listening and welcome for all. Time will tell.

  2. Perhaps, John,

But “join the conversation to learn about your voting rights”— perhaps that, but is it really about your rights, the process, and your voice in the community?

It’s show up and vote, for the most part. But I am betting that the voice in our community is based on being pleasant to the ears, right, John? 🤣

  3. To be fair to the “dunk the vote,” sure, the Electoral College exists, but they “disingenous” this so you don’t even know you are just practicing when you vote. They don’t even look at your vote like it’s a suggestion.

I mean, Bob, AKA Walter and Ned, know. 🙂

Shit, I know Mark Boughton, the most popular Republican Mayor, a shoo-in to beat Ned (D), knows, as he scratches his hand, as he sits in his office as Commissioner of the Connecticut Department of Revenue Services, “cubicle” I could have been in the governor’s seat.

Shit, I failed math and graduated with a degree in history; I majored in Shakespeare and barely passed. 🤣

    Right? John Wick? 🤣
