I for one am happy to see this effort. I wish they would publish their names and ages. These are not teens out for a joy ride, but (arrested development?) adults who get their jollies by terrorizing our neighborhoods and innocent law-abiding residents. They are a scourge on our city streets. First offense $500 fine, seizure of vehicle, driver’s license suspension and community service. Second offense increase fine and jail time. If legally able, crush the bikes & ATV’s, or if newer and in good shape, seize them for use by a municipal agency.
