While funding preschool is awesome this is useless without properly funding k-12 education. Furthermore it redirects needed funding for alliance districts whose incomes range from about $48k to $90k with most falling under $60k. So in essence this is taking $100s of millions of dollars from the available pool that could boost services to low income schools and redistribute it to benefit more middle to upper income families.
