HAPPY THANKSGIVING to all. Gratitude is a great gift.
“These kinds of properties that have been vacant for decades are causing blight in neighborhoods, draining local resources and having a negative impact on towns and cities,” Gov. Dannel P. Malloy said in a statement announcing a former hat factory in Danbury and a public housing complex in Bridgeport are among the sites that will share $13.6 million in state funding announced Monday for the cleanup of contaminated properties. “We can add value in our communities by making smart investments that repurpose these properties, resulting in a boost for local economies and spurring growth and private investments.”
This is what Joe Ganim ought to be doing in Bridgeport. Instead he is wasting time pursuing a hopeless gubernatorial campaign.

TBK I been read several of you post, and they seem like the same suffing.
I Nominate, the people of Bridgeport, Joe Ganim and the New York-based Exact Capital’s $410 million proposal to resurrect two nostalgic Downtown theaters and former Savoy Hotel.
This will be the Biggest Turkey Scam the people of Bridgeport has Swallowed to date!
If you missed that public meeting for this proposal click like below.
My beat is local rather than national it seems to me. However, the flock of non-heroic personnel who appeared during the Trump campaign, who had dubious if not clearly illegal activities as part of any factual resume, and who will never appear in a Super Hero guise or history books because they fail to understand American history, the American dream, and the true nature of responsible public service to maintain our freedoms is my nomination for 2017–the Donald Trump flock of “tomfoolery” if not Tom Turkey!! Their due date is getting closer, day by day. Time will tell, as usual.
