A man is dead and another wounded following a shooting Tuesday night on Noble Avenue, according to police. It is the city’s 5th homicide of the year.
Frederick Richardson, 37, occupied the passenger seat of a car parked in front of his house when an unknown person approached the vehicle and opened fire, striking Richardson and wounding another sitting in the driver’s seat. The driver drove to Bridgeport Hospital where Richardson died.
