      1. Jennifer, that is very kind of you. If I weren’t booked, I would have gone. I can’t stand him, but to be honest, I do watch his show a few times a week. Most of the time it is painful but most certainly educational. 🙂 So anti-Obama, you know!

        1. When I left banking, I stopped being a financial news junkie. I do not think I have seen more than a few minutes of his show in years. I have heard him speak in person a few times, found him very engaging.

  1. Larry Kudlow, he’s just what Bridgeport needs in telling us what we should do, he thinks he will be talking about the other Bridgeport in New York state. His answer to everything is cut the capital gains tax.

  2. This doesn’t bode well for getting out the black vote for Rick. Kudlow said he’s in complete agreement with Tea Party Republicans in shutting down the government. In fact his view on shutting down the government was, “sometimes you have to make a point. Send a message. Show voters what you really believe. Take a stand.”

Don’t I recall someone saying Rick’s positions don’t align him with those of National Republicans? Seven ain’t up, bears don’t shit in the woods and Carter don’t make little liver pills.

  3. One more Kudlow truism, “When Hurricane Katrina struck, and George Bush had his Klieg-light minute promising to do “whatever it takes” to reconstruct New Orleans, Kudlow had a cow. He spent a week on his program getting people to trash “New Deal” style programs, wanted Davis-Bacon repealed (so workers would not have to get the prevailing wage!), and extolled the virtues of free markets to solve the problems. Oh yes and low taxes for the rich.

His policies will certainly grab the attention of black voters in Bridgeport, just not to vote for Rick.

  4. C’mon QD, you know as well as I a government shutdown won’t do a thing to address the National Debt, which there was none when Bush was elected. The last time your fools did that it cost America 24 billion dollars, sent 800,000 federal employees home without a job or pay, it made hundreds of thousands others to have to work for no pay all the while your fools still got paid. Can your fools really think this is/was good for America or was trying to make President Obama look foolish worth the price Americans paid?
