Elliott has done a poor job with messaging and showing up at high profile events. It’s almost as if he expects to accomplish this election through poorly coordinated, poorly instructed proxies. He’s running out of time — and he’s neglecting to jump on critical issues in a timely matter, such as the recent, large increase in Bridgeport taxes and the indications for radical tax relief in Bridgeport, which has a dearth of tax-positive development and a grand list that is shrinking in real terms… What is he going to do for failing, overtaxed cities such as Bridgeport?!
