Bridgeport’s facebook page wishes to tell us about cooling splash pads likely installed within the past dozen years, but it does not share why the number of actual swimming pools accessible to all youth as they grow beyond “splash pads” can learn water safety and swimming skills in a number greater than currently.
Perhaps it is the tale of the dollars to maintain splash pads versus pool maintenance, the dollar trail. But perhaps it is also the story of a City without a YOUTH COMMISSION allowing public matters to operate in silence and out of the public record? RT, happy 4th of July, what do you offer on the aqua culture of our City? Time will tell.
John, there you are!
John, John, John, have you learned anything from our friendship? 🤣
Yeah, I’m pro aqua culture, John. 🙃

I believe I mentioned this before, that I think the park-commission and the city should build a public pool at Seaside Park.
As long as it don’t hinder the Long Island bridge over pass 🤣
What say you Peter?

On a PSA regardless of your “aqua” skills, don’t steal a canoe, drunk, flip it and have to swim back to shore to the waiting police. 🤣
