Your guy, (Righteous Testo) would never put a 177-unit marketplace housing complex, in a beautiful neighborhood like that, instead after 47 years in business he would put in a nice open space Park for all to enjoy.
My guy, (Unrighteous, Wicket Testo) would sale to the highest flucking bidder and with his political skills walk it through Zoning with no dissension while giving the (bird) to the entire neighborhood and cutting no one a flucking break and then using 45 Lyon Terrace basement as his new home address!

Nothing you suggest relates to the story. Maybe you should become a food critic, then you can visit his restaurant, have a nice meal and tell anyone that wants to listen how bad you think the food is. The Veal Piccata great, the Tomahawk steak a little on the fat side but very good.
