*** Nice to volunteer in helping people during the holidays in general, no? Let’s hope the collections are used towards a smart worthy cause by the Salvation Army ’cause sometimes these non-profit programs get overwhelmed with different type of donations and if not well organized many items end up in the trash. Example, while volunteering at one of the shelters at one time, a total of around 150 frozen turkeys and chicken roasters were thrown out from the last year’s collection! *** SAD BUT TRUE, IT HAPPENS! ***
