Judge of Probate candidate Mark Bradley, under multiple investigations for election fraud, illegal voting and falsifying signatures to make the ballot, is a serial liar without the use of artificial intelligence fabrication, but that’s what the Massachusetts Republican is doing in a Democratic primary challenge of incumbent Paul Ganim.
In a related matter to a Connecticut Post article highlighting Bradley’s gargoylish, synthetic campaign to manipulate attacks against his opponent, Bradley even shamelessly exploited a senior citizen, putting words in her mouth, in a video to falsify a Bridgeport probate case.
OIB heard from the legal trustee in the matter, attorney Anthony Monelli, to correct the record after Bradley’s social media fabrication.
Statement from Monelli:
Due to several complicated issues stemming from Kenton Clarke’s former management of the trust, the trust couldn’t be finalized right away, however we are nearing that point. The probate court staff and Judge Ganim have done their jobs in this case, and there is absolutely no kind of “corruption” as has been alleged in a video circulating on Facebook. Mustafa Ali has received interim distributions from the trust, but I am holding off on a final distribution to due the need to complete taxes (so Mustafa doesn’t have to do it, and a court order to confirm whether Kenton Clarke bears any financial responsibility for the delay).
When called upon to do so, Judge Ganim evaluated the evidence presented and removed Kenton Clarke as the trustee. I believe this to be an appropriate decision. Mustafa’s mother is frustrated because there hasn’t been a final distribution, although we have made interim distributions to Mustafa. There is no corruption or any kind of inappropriate behavior. It is an unfortunate situation that I am working diligently to resolve along with Mustafa’s personal attorney.
Of course, Bradley doesn’t want to talk about his messy probate case in Massachusetts, where he lives, in which a state judge excoriated him for hiding a nearly $800,000 bank account to avoid child support payments.

When Connecticut lawmakers debated regulating campaign ads generated by artificial intelligence in recent years, some worried about fabricated videos of politicians saying things they never actually said.
Before they could pass a bill that could have led to penalties for those creating the material, that seems to have become a reality in the Aug. 11 primary.
A campaign video released in Bridgeport’s probate judge race appears to use artificial intelligence to create synthetic versions of Mayor Joe Ganim and Probate Judge Paul Ganim, complete with fake voices delivering dialogue neither man actually spoke about raising taxes and stealing money. The videos seem to be created using still photos, one of which appears to have been used without permission from CT Insider’s archive, with AI turning them into video.
The video was released by the campaign for Mark Bradley, a private attorney challenging Paul Ganim in the Democratic primary for his probate judge seat. Paul Ganim has held the position since the late 1990s.
Bradley did not deny that artificial intelligence was used to create the video or that the voices and quotations attributed to the Ganim brothers were fabricated for the advertisement in an interview with CT Insider. Bradley nevertheless defended the substance of the ad posted on social media.
…However, R. Christopher Meyer, Paul Ganim’s campaign manager, said the video was designed to fool viewers.
“Had the bill passed, Bradley’s ad would have been illegal,” Meyer said. “It’s obviously synthetic AI-created impersonations of real people using fake voices, trying to trick the public into thinking they did and said certain things, which obviously they didn’t.”
