Legal parties involved in the court challenge of the state takeover of the Bridgeport Board of Education are expected to be back in Waterbury Superior Court on Monday. Vanquished school board members Maria Pereira and Bobby Simmons have amended their legal complaint to name members of the reconstituted Board of Education as defendants.
