  3. I was glad to see my friends Tyisha and Melanie with Scott Hughes. Where was Marilyn Moore and Bob Walsh and Mary-Jane Foster? Looks like Musto was able to be where he was supposed to be on a gorgeous Sunday afternoon in Black Rock. Maybe Moore and her supporters were there but walking the sidelines shaking hands and kissing babies.

          1. That is a great photo of Marilyn with Jim Himes. Thanks to Gabrielle Parisi 🙂 I am glad as the Connecticut Post also neglected to show a picture of her. I want a level playing field here. Marilyn Moore should use that pic in her literature, whether he is supporting her or not. That is allowable, isn’t it???

    2. Only elected officials are allowed to walk in this parade. Ask Adam Wood about the melee he caused when trying to insert Diane Farrell into the parade several years ago.

  4. The residents of Black Rock are to be admired for Black Rock Day and for The Black Rock Community Council (BRCC). That’s great for a community to celebrate where they live the way Black Rock does. More communities in Bridgeport need to follow the direction of Black Rock and hopefully Black Rock would take the leadership to show others how to get started and possibility start with PT Barnum seeing as they both are in the same voting district. Time will tell.

    1. Isn’t PT Barnum considered part of the Black Rock Community or just the West End?

      Milford Day was a huge success and the Economic development office coordinated it.
