  1. Thank you for noting this progress. Folks who drive the roads daily would like your attention to other sites in the City (or where they stand for annual surface replacements and where that info is public and accessible.)
Surely there are other INFRA STRUCTURE issues more notable today? Among them may be the 900 units that abut the Stratford town line. Since the Post reports comments from a resident identified as a leader of an owner association, perhaps more info can be shared:
** How many units are owned by actual current residents? How many of them are active in the resident assocaition?
** Since at least some of the background is about financial issues, for how long have property tax issues remained outstanding? What communications from meeting minutes, from City leaders, or from financial authorities are known and reported?
**Has the association leadership dealt with City administration officials and received any practical help? To whom would those leaders have reached out in years where neither Fair Rent and Fair Housing were comatose, and where the Housing Authority of Bridgeport did not facilitate participation with community members from a review of recent meeting minutes.
There are other cooperative style communities within the City with more than 100 units, where do they direct their attention for issues requiting assistance? Why are fiscal audits and regular financial reporting not a basic expectation in housing communities? Time will tell.
