The following is a statement from Mindy Myers, Blumenthal for Senate campaign manager, on the filing today of an FEC complaint against the McMahon campaign by the Connecticut Democratic Party:
“Linda McMahon’s $50 million campaign couldn’t cover up her record of death clauses, canceled steroid testing, and million-dollar lobbyists getting her out from under health and safety rules so she could put profits first. Now there’s a new corporate PR campaign trying to do the same, and raising serious questions about whether it violates the law. The people of Connecticut deserve to know the answer to these questions.”
