More than 100 City Residents are homeless as a result of a fire in a condominium complex that struck in the early morning hours on December 31. The City is accepting donations on behalf of residents today (January 1 from 2-5:30 PM) and Saturday and Sunday from 10 AM-3 PM at the Margaret Morton Government Center, 999 Broad Street.
Donations of any of the following items would benefit residents:
· Clothing for children (children’s sizes through teenage sizes)
· Clothing for Adults
· Toys for all ages (the children impacted by this fire lost all their Christmas gifts and toys in the fire)
· Food
· Cat food & items
