The Monday Night Fights? Resolution Proposed To Censure Two City Council Members

It’s on for immediate consideration Monday night, but whether the City Council votes are there for it to become a sanctioned agenda item is unclear. This issue goes back to a public hearing regarding a city parking ordinance covering large commercial vehicles.

There was an apparent back and forth involving council members Eneida Martinez, co-chair of the Ordinance Committee, and Maria Pereira who was escorted out of council chambers by police and cited for misdemeanor breach of peace.
