Dems Will Gather To Select Treasurer, Delegates To Conventions

The 90-member Democratic Town Committee will meet March 30, 5:30 p.m. in the Margaret Morton Government Center to select a treasurer and approve delegates to various state conventions.

When the political body last met to select officers two weeks ago the vote for treasurer was tabled to seek clarity on long-time treasurer Marie Heller’s non-residency to serve.

She was facing a challenge by Callie Heilmann a DTC member from the Black Rock district and co-founder of the community group Bridgeport Generation Now, a forceful critic of Testa.

Agenda

·       Election of Treasurer

 

·       Appointment of Delegates to the following conventions:

 

o   Congressional

o   State

o   State Senate – 22nd District

o   State Senate – 23rd District

o   State Representative – 133rd District

  1. Interesting, based on my perspective of “disingenuous” politics, be it local or geopolitical, coded side speaking. It is fair to say perhaps there is more to this shit show in the Middle East, the Jews, perhaps by extension Christians, and the Muslims.

    I would have to bet that the ‘ gay inheritance” and “penis size” plays a role in the dominance of the female species in religion, particularly Islam, in our current time, to win/galvanize the hearts and minds of followers with the pleasure of dominance.

  2. Wait, what, before the 1978 Islamic Ayatollah, Iran Revolution? Iran was somewhat a moderate society were woman had rights and basic freedom, though it had a somewhat heavy-handed totalitarian government, by the “Prophet.”
