The City did a terrible job clearing the streets after the last storm. They only plowed the middle of the street and left parked cars plowed in so that those trying to park after the storm had to park in the middle of the street. Many streets are still hazardous and barely passable. The City gets an “F” for their plowing after the last storm. They will have an incredibly hard time dealing with this big storm after the haphazard way they handled the last storm….
