From CNNFrom NYT:
“Guilty.”
The single word that rang out in a Manhattan courtroom a little past 5 p.m. on Thursday afternoon shook the country, making Donald Trump the first American president convicted of a crime.
It was a landmark — and, for Trump’s supporters, a black mark — in American history.
The word “guilty” actually was heard 34 times, as the jury — seven men and five women — found the former president guilty of 34 felony counts of falsifying business records to cover up a $130,000 hush-money payment to Stormy Daniels.

Guilty of every count. All 34 of them. And each juror ruled identically, finding him guilty as charged!!! Unanimous. Facts and credible testimony corroborated by evidence presented a legal narrative that the defense could not defend and did not assail successfully. AND DONALD TRUMP INDICATED THAT HE UNDERSTOOD HIS RIGHT NOT TO TESTIFY ON HIS OWN BEHALF, AND CHOSE TO LISTEN TO HIS DEFENSE RATHER THAN SUBMIT, UNDER OATH, TO PROSECUTOR QUESTIONS TO EXPLAIN HIS OWN NARRATIVE.
Lots of time defending #45 and considerable money, too. Several more cases facing him on other issues in Federal and Georgia courts, at some future time. But sentencing, likely within the month, may cause his campaign to suffer a slackening of support in attendance or funding, though State legislatures with Republican leadership have been changing rules, processes, and parties responsible for election administration and voting. Why? To support the cause of “the BIG LIE” about the 2020 Presidential election about rigging balloting rights to decrease numbers and results from non radical right believers in that unproved allegation. And to continue opposition to democratic activities and practices at all levels of government structure. Look to November. Become curious, if you have trouble understanging “news”. Become more informed, ask questions and expect full and reasonable answers. Time will tell.
