Tuesday, December 20th from 2:00 to 4:00 PM, The Black Rock Branch Library, 2705 Fairfield Avenue presents: Homeowners Assistance Program. Are you having trouble paying your mortgage? The FSW’s, Homeowners Assistance Program (HAP), in partnership with the City of Bridgeport, provides a grant of up to $4,000 to Bridgeport homeowners who are at least 60 days behind in their mortgage payments and are temporarily in a demonstrable financial crisis situation.
